DESCRIPTION:Durante el evento se desarrollara una charla orientada a destacar las oportunidades y beneficios de ser voluntario en un capítulo estudiantil IEEE PES Colombia\, donde se abordaron temas relacionados con el liderazgo\, la participación técnica\, el impacto social y la proyección profesional dentro de la organización. La jornada tendrá lugar en la Universidad Industrial de Santander (UIS) y contara con la participación de Luis Felipe Gaitán Cubides\, Vicepresidente de IEEE PES Colombia\, quien compartirá su experiencia dentro de la sociedad y explicara cómo el voluntariado contribuye al crecimiento académico\, técnico y humano de los estudiantes. A lo largo de la sesión se promoverá el intercambio de ideas\, la vinculación de nuevos miembros y el fortalecimiento de las iniciativas locales del capítulo IEEE PES UIS.
