DESCRIPTION:La Ruta Caribe es un evento de entrenamiento en liderazgo organizado por la IEEE Sección Colombia Caribe\, y es hospedado por la Rama Estudiantil IEEE en Barranquilla. El evento está dirigido a las juntas directivas de ramas y capítulos de la región\, con el objetivo de fortalecer el liderazgo\, las habilidades organizativas y la colaboración intercapítulos.  La agenda incluye sesiones como Visión 360\, donde líderes de la sección brindan orientación sobre la dirección estratégica\, seguidas de actividades de networking para fomentar la colaboración entre los participantes. En la jornada de la tarde\, los asistentes participan en talleres por roles enfocados en las responsabilidades dentro de la estructura IEEE\, así como sesiones de navegación digital que abordan oportunidades de becas y financiamiento.  Adicionalmente\, el evento cuenta con el espacio Faro del Host\, donde se presentan iniciativas locales como el proyecto Underwater Explorers y un taller de Women in Engineering (WIE). El evento ofrece un espacio integral para el desarrollo de liderazgo\, el intercambio de conocimientos y la construcción de comunidad entre los miembros de IEEE en la región Caribe.  ____________________________________________________  La Ruta Caribe is a leadership training event organized by the IEEE Colombia Caribe Section\, hosted by the IEEE Student Branch in Barranquilla. The event is designed for executive boards of Student Branches and Chapters across the region\, aiming to strengthen leadership\, organizational skills\, and inter-chapter collaboration.  The agenda includes sessions such as Visión 360\, where section leaders provide guidance on strategic direction\, followed by networking activities to foster collaboration among participants. In the afternoon\, attendees participate in role-based workshops focused on responsibilities within IEEE structures\, as well as sessions on digital navigation\, including opportunities for scholarships and funding.  Additionally\, the event features the Faro del Host\, where local initiatives such as the Underwater Explorers project and a Women in Engineering (WIE) workshop are presented. The event provides a comprehensive space for leadership development\, knowledge exchange\, and community building among IEEE members in the Caribbean region.
