TATACOA YP Region 9 Leadership Camp Tatacoa YP Leadership Camp is an international, immersive, face-to-face leadership and networking experience organized by IEEE Young Professionals Region 9 and IEEE Young Professionals Colombia. The event brings together IEEE students, Young Professionals, and industry professionals from abroad in a unique environment that combines professional development, cultural exchange, and global connection. The camp takes place over three days in the Tatacoa Desert, Huila, Colombia —one of the country’s most iconic natural and scientific destinations. Through an experiential learning approach, participants strengthen key leadership competencies through interactive workshops, collaborative challenges, reflection spaces, and structured international networking sessions. Tatacoa YP Region 9 Leadership Camp aims to foster professional growth, promote cross-regional collaboration, and strengthen IEEE’s global network.
